Custody Services

Dundee Leeds has developed a custody service through an arm of our parent company, the Dundee Bank in the Cayman Islands. Offering both custody services and administration can give significant cost and synergistic advantages.

Specific services offered:

• Establishment of bank accounts
• Payment of expenses on behalf of the fund
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Document Custody/Safekeeping
• Complete subscription/redemption documentation
• Document ownership of investments
• Receiving/processing information on original purchase price and current investment value from underlying fund administrator
• Maintaining listing of estimate prices vs. final prices and comparing value regularly for variance tolerance limits
• Providing necessary reports to Manager and to Dundee Leeds accounting team to complete Fund NAV.
• Taking cash into custody and investing short term if required
• Receiving cash for new investments, distribution from investments, proceeds from sale of investments
• Wiring funds to other Hedge Funds as payment for new investments
• Ensuring cash reconciliations are timely and accurate.
